I would highly recommend Workplace Allies services. I was lucky enough to be aided by Ellie, who was a massive support in navigating what would have been quite an exceptionally daunting process without her guidance. Ellie was unfailingly professional, warm and helpful. Her advice was always clear and thorough, and she was great in translating legal jargon and making sure that I understood all of my options at all stages of the process. I was treated with dignity and empathy, and really had the sense that she genuinely cares about her clients and their outcomes. My experience with Ellie and the Workplace Allies team really lived up to their ethos of fair and high-quality legal support, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Acknowledgement of country

Workplace Allies acknowledges and pays our respect to the traditional custodians of all the lands on which we work – including the Turrbal and Jagera people on whose lands our offices are based – and to their Elders past and present.

We recognise the ongoing strength and resilience of First Nations peoples in the face of colonisation, genocide, and systemic injustices. The harm caused by invasion and dispossession continues today through structural racism, stolen wages, environmental destruction, and the silencing of Indigenous voices. We are committed to listening, learning, and acting in solidarity with First Nations communities in the struggle for truth, justice, and self-determination.

Sovereignty was never surrendered. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
